Ingredients
  • 250 g egg noodles
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 cup chopped red cabbage
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 spring onion
  • 2 eggs (fried)
  • 4 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp chilly powder
  • seasame seeds
Instructions
  1. Cook noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  3. Add sliced vegetables to the skillet and sauté for 3-4 minutes until tender.

  4. Add cooked noodles to the skillet and stir to combine with the vegetables.
  5. Add soy sauce, honey, garlic and chilly powder to the skillet and stir to coat the noodles and vegetables evenly.
  6. Garnish with fried egg, chopped green onions and sesame seeds (if desired) and serve hot.
