This delicious, moist Orange Olive Oil Cake can be done so easy, with just one bowl and a whisk. The glossy, candy-like glaze adds fantastic flavor and a beautiful presentation!
In a bowl stir in the flour, brown sugar, salt, baking powder, baking soda & rosemary together.
Juice & grate the zest off the orange, set that aside. Mix in the milk, olive oil, juice & vanilla until smooth.
Pour into a lined 8.5” x 4.5” pan. bake around 40 mins 180C.
Stir icing sugar & enough milk to make a runny consistency.
Pour over the loaf & grate more zest on top.
