  1. In a bowl stir in the flour, brown sugar, salt, baking powder, baking soda & rosemary together.

  2. Juice & grate the zest off the orange, set that aside. Mix in the milk, olive oil, juice & vanilla until smooth.

  3. Pour into a lined 8.5” x 4.5” pan. bake around 40 mins 180C.

  4. Stir icing sugar & enough milk to make a runny consistency.

  5. Pour over the loaf & grate more zest on top.
