In a bowl mix the flour and sugar. Then add the butter and mix until you have a cruble like consistency.

Add the egg and knead until nice and smooth. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Pre-heat the oven at 180°C. Roll out the dough on a well floured surface. Use a round cookie cutter to cut the cookies.

Use the back of a teaspoon to creat the heart shape. Fill it with strawberry jam and bake for 8-10 minutes.
