Ingredients
  • 200 g dark chocolate
  • 170 g flour
  • 50 g olive oil
  • 230 g oat milk
  • 180 g sugar
  • 30 g cacao powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 50 g goji berries
  • pinch of salt
Instructions
  1. Pre-heat the oven to about 160°C.

  2. Melt the chocolate in the microwave.

  3. Sieve the flour and cacao powder into a large bowl.

  4. Then stir in the sugar, salt and the vanilla extract.

  5. Stir in the oil, milk and melted chocolate until combined.

  6. Chop and stir in the goji berries.

  7. Pour the mixture into a prepared tin, spreading it out evenly and then place in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
