Ingredients
  • 1 pack linguini pasta
  • 250 g spinach
  • 5 sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1 garlic glove
  • 1 cup soy cream
  • olive oil
  • salt,pepper
  • sweet paprika
Instructions
  1. Dice the garlic and cut the sun-dried tomatoes. Add them in a pan and sauté for 5 minutes.

  2. Meanwhile cook the pasta according to package instructions.

  3. Add in the pan the soy cream, a pinch of salt, pepper and paprika and stir for another 5 minutes in low heat.

  4. Then add the spinach and cook until softened.

  5. Finally add the cooked pasta into the pan and stir well. Enjoy!!
