Healthy sun-dried tomato spinach pasta

Dice the garlic and cut the sun-dried tomatoes. Add them in a pan and sauté for 5 minutes.

Meanwhile cook the pasta according to package instructions.

Add in the pan the soy cream, a pinch of salt, pepper and paprika and stir for another 5 minutes in low heat.

Then add the spinach and cook until softened.

Finally add the cooked pasta into the pan and stir well. Enjoy!!
