They are so easy to made these healthy cookie dough bites, in just under 15 minutes with no baking required.
If you want to veganazide it swap honey with maple syrup and white chocolate chips with dark chocolate chips.
Ingridients you’ll need
These no-bake healthy cookie dough bites need just six pantry staple ingredients. You can find the exact measurements for this recipe in the ingredients card below. I just wanted to list out what you’ll need along with substitution options here.
- Oat flour: you can make your own oat flour with a food processor or buy it premade. But, making your own is so much cheaper and easy.
- White chocolate chips: You can also use dark chocolate chips if you are vegan or lactose intolerance.
- Peanut butter or Almond butter: I prefer peanut butter
- Dark chocolate
- Honey or Maple syrup
- Vanilla extract
- Cinammon powder
- Salt

Line a small plate with parchment paper.

Add the peanut butter, honey, vanilla extract, coconut oil, cinnamon and salt into a bowl, mix well.

Stir in the oat flour, mix until combined. Then pour in the white chocolate chips and mix to combine.

Take about 1 tablespoon of dough and and roll it into a ball and set aside.

Add the dark chocolate squares into a heatproof bowl and pop in the microwave for about 30 seconds or until melts.

Carefully dip one cookie dough bite at the time into the melted chocolate , gently rolling the ball to coat it thoroughly in the chocolate.

Pop the plate of cookie dough bites in the refrigerator for 5 minutes or until the chocolate has completely set.
