Ingredients
  • 100 g oats
  • 300 ml oat milk
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 2 tsp cacao powder
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 tsp peanut butter
For the oatmeal
  1. In a small pot add in the oats, cacao, cinnamon , honey and milk.

  2. Bring the pot on the stove and boil over medium heat, occasionally stirring the mixture.

  3. Once the oats fully absorb the liquid remove the pot from the heat.

  4. Separate the mixture into two bowls, add the banana and peanut butter on top.

  5. Enjoy!

Note

If you’re gluten-free, make sure to buy certified gluten-free oats. 

Oats are a naturally gluten-free food, but some of them are processed in facilities that also handle various wheat products. If you’re gluten-free, be sure to search for certified gluten-free oats. Those ones are are processed in wheat-free facilities and tested to make sure that they don’t contain gluten.
