Healthy chicken noodles stir fry
Description
This is a recipe I use to make a fast and healthy dinner or even lunch. It's pretty easy and you can make it with just a few ingredients. Try using any vegetables that you like and try out also different kinds of noodles!

First in a bowl add the soy sauce, hoisin, apple cider vinegar, ginger and garlic. Stir until mixed.

Chop all of the vegeatables

Then cut the chicken breast into small cubes, season with salt and pepper and cook in a pan until golden.

In a wok add olive oil, heat for 1 minute then add the vegetables and fry for around 5-8 minutes stirring regularly.

Meanwhile cook the noodles according to package instructions.

Add the sauce in the wok with the vegetables and stir.

Drain the water from the cooked noodles and add them with the chicken in the wok and mix well.
