  1. For cod fillet

    In a shallow bowl whisk together the olive oil, lime juice, paprika, chili flakes, cumin, black pepper, salt.

  2. Add in the cod fillet and let it marinate for 15 minutes.

  3. For slaw

    In a bowl whisk together the moyonnaise, lime juice, cilantro and honey, Stir in the cabbage, carrot and sweet corn and mix well. Season with salt and pepper.

  4. Cook the rice according to the package

  5. In a nonstick pan over a medium-high heat, heat the olive oil. Add in  the cod fillets and cook for 3-5 minutes on each side

  6. Serve fish over the rice and slaw!
