Ingredients
  • 1 cup sushi rice
  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/2 mango
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
  1. Cut the salmon fillet into small cubes, and place them in the air frier for 10 minutes.

  2. Cook the rice according to the package (when it's ready add 1 tbsp rice vinegar) 

  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, ginger and garlic powder to create the marinade.

  4. Chop all the veggies.

  5. Assemble your poke bowl by placing the cooked rice as the base in a bowl.

  6. Add the baked salmon on top of the rice.

  7. Arrange the avocado, mango, and red bell pepper around the salmon.

  8. Sprinkle sesame seeds over the bowl for added texture and flavor.

  9. Pour over the sauce and enjoy!
