This peanut butter noodles recipe can be made in just 10 minutes! The peanut butter flavor satisfies your take-out Asian craving.
Soy Sauce: regular soy sauce or low sodium soy sauce or tamari all work.
Peanut Butter: Creamy natural peanut butter works better but you can use any type you have.
Honey: This is used to balance the flavours in the sauce. But you can use maple syrup or agave syrup (if you are vegan).
Sriracha: For some spice, but if you don't like spice, leave it out.
Cook noodles according to the package instructions.
Cut the carrot in Julienne cut method and saute with the red cabbage for 5 minutes.
In a small bowl mix together peanut butter, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sriracha, honey and garlic powder.
Strain the noodles. Stir in the veggies and mix.
Pour the sauce over the noodles. Toss to caot.
Optional: top with sesame seeds.
