Easy healthy bolognese pasta

beef bolognese pasta

Yeahhh I know it this is not actually a traditional bolognese pasta recipe, but come on it tastes great! Traditionally spaghetti bolognese is made with tomato sauce with aromatic vegetables, red wine, and a mix of beef and pork. Although with my addition of mushrooms, carrots and onion you will be amazed by how tasty it is.

In the ingredients list I recommend using less fat beef mince, making it a little bit more healthy. It's up to you though to use whatever kind of minced meat you prefer. Can't wait to hear your comments on the comments section down below.
