Ingredients
    dough
  • 250 ml warm milk
  • 15 g fresh yeast
  • 500 g flour
  • 75 g sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 100 g cold butter
  • filling
  • 100 g soft butter
  • 100 g brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp cinnamon
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, dissolve the yeast in warm milk and let it sit for about 5 minutes until it becomes frothy.

  2. Add in flour, sugar, salt and egg. Beat on low speed for 3 minutes. Then add butter bit by bit and beat for 5 more minutes.

  3. Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour.

  4. For the filling mix together softened butter, brown sugar, cinnamon and salt.

  5. Once the dough has risen, cut it in half and roll it out on a well floured surface. Spread the filling on top and form it into the tight roll.

  6. Use a sharp knife to cut the dough into even pieces and put them on a baking pan lined with parchment paper. Allow them to rise for another hour.

  7. Bake them at 180°C for 15-20 minutes.
