Noodles are a type of staple food made from some type of unleavened dough which is rolled flat and cut into one of a variety of shapes. While long, thin strips may be the most common, many varieties of noodles are cut into waves, helices, tubes, strings, or shells, or folded over, or cut into other shapes.
Heat a wok with the olive oil.
Season the chicken with salt and pepper and add it to the wok until fully cooked.
Meanwhile add the noodles in a large pot to boil according to the package.
When the chicken is cooked add in the veggies, let them sauté for 5 minutes.
In a small bowl add soy sauce, hoisin sauce, ginger and garlic.
Strain the noodles and add them into the wok, pour in the sauce and mix well.
Top with some spring onions and sesame seeds.
