Ingredients
  • 1 sheet of puff pastry
  • 2 apples (peeled and cored)
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Make a hole in the middle of the cut apples (like rings).

  3. Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into thin strips.

  4. Wrap the apples in the dough.

  5. Then egg wash the dough and sprinkle with the cinnamon-sugar mixture.

  6. Bake for about 20 minutes or until golden.
