Preheat the oven at 180c
Place the banana in a medium size bowl and smash it with a fork. Add the olive oil, vanilla, cinnamon and peanut butter and stir until combined. Then add the oats and mix well.
Add in the chocolate chips and stir to combine.
Take a tbsp of the mixture and place it on a baking tray and repeat until all your mixture is used up.
Place in the oven and cook for 8-9 minutes.
Take out of the oven and leave to cool before you eat them.
