In a large bowl add in flour, sugar, salt, yeast and olive oil. Mix well then add the water.

With the use of your hands mix the mixture well until is formed, then knead the dough for 5 minutes.

Cover the bowl with a damp cloth or a kitchen towel to allow the dough to rise until doubled, about 30 minutes.
If there's a lot of flour added in the mixture, add a bit more hot water until you get the consistency right. -
Devide the dough in equal parts about 100gr each. Shape the breads and place into the pan. Cover them for 20 minutes to rest.

Bake at 180 °C for 20-25 minutes.
